- KHKay HughesFeb 26, 20261.0Have been told by staff to "pop by any time" for nails to be cut but we have turned up several times now, only for them to be shut hours before closing time. We have even come along one time, to find the groomers open and staff sat doing nothing but they still refused to cut nails. 45 minute round trip for the place to be shut is no longer do-able for us.

If you don’t collect your dog at the agreed collection time, there'll be an additional charge of £5 for every 30 minutes we hold your dog after the collection time stated on the grooming contract.
